We had to take a break on the living room mid-reno. Life intruded. But because of President's Day next Monday and the fact that I'm skipping Spanish class tomorrow, we have a four day weekend! And what does one do with a four day weekend? One buys a compound miter saw and installs new baseboard trim in the living room. That's what one does.
Tonight, we've been studying the owner's manual and practicing on our new machine (and fighting over who gets to try it out first). That way, we can hit the ground running tomorrow morning. This particular saw has a laser guide! Plus, it slides out so we can cut up to 12" wide boards, not just 4" trim. I LOVE new toys!
